If we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return it to us within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item or despatch a replacement by first class post.
If you have taken one of our products as directed but are not satisfied, you can contact us to request a full refund within 30 days of the date you received the product. Whilst we would be interested to know why you are dissatisfied, our customer service team won’t be giving you any hassle with your refund:)
The refundable amount will include a deduction for any discounts you received on your original order, at a level proportional to the normal value of the returned item(s) and for the delivery charge, if any was charged.
This returns policy does not affect the statutory rights of our UK customers.
