How to make the energy bites: Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well mixed, divide into 15 small chunks and roll into balls until smooth. You can wrap them in cling film to protect them if you desire. They will keep for 5–7 days in the fridge or 1 month in the freezer.
